現今使用者對於不動產圖資跨機關、跨平臺的需求複雜，例如查詢地價時，也 想了解位置、房價行情、淹水潛勢、使用分區，順便看看街景、周邊生活機能等。 面對如此多樣化的需求，新北市政府導入新一代地理資訊系統標準，結合地籍、 實價登錄等大數據資料推出「新北不動產愛連網」(I-Land 網)，以地圖方式 展現，提供主題式查詢及互動式統計，單一入口便可進行綜合性、跨機關的不 動產查詢。
一站式地政資訊整合平臺的「新北不動產愛連網」，搭載豐富多元的地圖與 3D 圖資，便民利民的服務，勇奪臺灣地理資訊學會第 19 屆「金圖獎」的應用系 統獎肯定。未來，仍將秉持永續發展理念，持續拓展新功能，以成為全國第一 地政搜尋引擎為目標。
The complex demands for cross-agency, cross-platform real estate information is common in every city. For example, when querying land prices, users want to know locations, market trends, flood potentials, land use zoning, street views and nearby facilities. To address these needs, the New Taipei City Government adopted new generation standards for geographic information system and introduced the "New Taipei Real Estate i-Land" (I-Land Net), which integrates big data such as cadastral vs market values, map-based images, themed searches and interactive statistics. Users can access diversified real estate information using this comprehensive, unified portal.
"New Taipei Real Estate i-Land," is a one-stop integrated real estate information platform featuring a wealth of maps and 3D spatial data, providing citizen-friendly access and convenient services. In that spirit, the platform was given the Application System Award at the 19th Golden Map Awards by the Taiwan Geographic Information Society. The goal is to continue to expand useful features for sustainable development and to become the nation's premier real estate search engine.
