          Bilingual Education


          Taichung is committed to nurturing global citizens by offering bilingual
          learning environments in over 200 schools, translating to a participation rate
          of nearly 70% of all schools in the city. By 2023, the city had recruited over
          200 foreign teachers to help equip students with international communication
          skills.
