Dr Liu Thai Ker is known as the Father of Urban Planning in Singapore, an attribute inseparable from his 23 years of significant contributions to Singapore as a civil servant. He has completed 15 architectural and 109 urban planning and urban design projects in more than 60 cities. The scale of urban planning projects range in population sizes from tens of thousands to more than 10 million.
