注意事項
1.	參加本活動前均已了解並同意遵守主辦單位所訂之活動辦法與注意事項。如違反規定者，主辦單位有權取消參加者的任何權利及其領獎資格。
2.	參加者保證所提出之資料均為真實且正確，且未冒用任何第三人之資料。如有不實或不正確之情事，將被取消參加或得獎資格。且如有致損害於主辦單位或其他任何第三人，該參加者應負一切相關責任。
3.	得獎名單於2009/ 3 / 3公布於活動頁面，得獎人需附上身分證正反面影本，並完成主辦單位訂定之領獎手續；主辦單位將於2009/ 3 / 10起開始寄送獎項。
4.	若於2009 / 3 / 13前尚未收到主辦單位聯繫之得獎者，請於2009 / 3 / 20前主動來電洽詢，否則視同放棄得獎權利。
5.	依財政部國稅局制定之『各類所得扣繳標準』第二條第七項之規定：競技競賽機會中獎獎金或給付超過新台幣1,000元，須列單申報該主管稽徵機關。故舉凡中獎金額或獎項年度累計總額超過NT$1,000元整，主辦單位將依稅法規定於年度開立扣繳憑單于活動中獎者，屆時中獎人可憑扣繳憑單之扣繳稅額抵減個人綜合所得稅。另，中獎金額或獎項價值超過NT$20,000，依法應扣繳10%稅金(非中華民國境內居住之個人，依法扣繳20%稅金)﹔若中獎人未能依法繳納應繳稅額，即視為喪失得獎資格。
6.	本活動獎項以公布於本網站上的資料為準，如遇不可抗拒之因素，主辦單位保留更換其他等值獎項之權利。
7.	本活動之中獎資格不得轉讓或出售他人。
8.	如本活動因不可抗力之特殊原因無法執行時，主辦單位有權決定取消、終止、修改或暫停本活動。
9.	主辦單位不需為得獎人領取、使用或行使各項獎品之任何後果負責。
10.	主辦單位保有修改活動辦法之權利。
