As the CEO, Hans-Peter is the driving force for the LAZADA brand across Malaysia and is responsible for bringing products and brands to online shoppers in Malaysia. He is responsible for developing comprehensive plans to ensure the success of LAZADA in Malaysia.

Prior to this, Hans-Peter held many senior management roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for LAZADA Malaysia since August 2012. As the CCO, Hans-Peter successfully launched the LAZADA Marketplace platform which now accounts for a large portion of LAZADA's overall sales across the region. He was responsible for the customer care, delivery, logistics and sourcing components of the company, while driving revenue.

Before embarking on his career in LAZADA, Hans-Peter was a Global Venture Development Manager at Berlin-based Rocket Internet. He successfully rolled out Home24, an online home furnishing store with a focus on early stage support and retail operations.

Hans-Peter is a graduate of Corporate Finance and European Business Law from Vienna University. He has been awarded the JADE Excellence Award for the ‘Most Innovative Project’ category and the ‘Business Master’ title by Booz Allen Hamilton.

Nick joined Garena in December 2014 after more than a decade with General Atlantic (GA), most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of GA’s Southeast Asia business.

He was also the former Honorary Secretary and a board member of the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (SVCA), a former board member of the New York Private Equity Network (NYPEN) and a former board member of the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council.

Nick first joined GA in 2002 in New York and moved to Singapore in 2011 to co-found the firm’s ASEAN office. During his time at GA, Nick played a key role in many innovative investments for GA including the firm’s first investment in Southeast Asia (Garena), its most successful investment to-date in India (Genpact, NYSE: G), and its first investment in cloud computing (Quality Technology, NYSE: QTS).

Prior to GA, Nick was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York. During college and graduate school, he also worked at Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Lenovo, and IBM.

He is the chairman of PChome Online Inc., also the founder of PC Home Publications Group, and Cite Publishing Ltd, the largest publishing in Taiwan.

He has over 30 years of experience in the media industry, from local newspaper and magazine brand such as United Press, China Times, and Business Weekly, to music and television companies such as Rock Records, and CTS. As chief editor or publisher, he oversaw the planning of over a thousand books and has launched more than 40 different magazine titles such as PChome and Business Next.

He is also a celebrated writer, opinion leader, and a filmmaker. He is highly regarded for his creativity and insightful views on cultural trends and socio-economic issues.

He has authored 15 books, and has produced nine movies.

In 2012 he established Taiwan Internet and E-Commerce Association (TIEA) and as its chairman. He was awarded the Diamond Personality Award of 1997 by People Magazine in Taiwan, and The Golden Tripod Award for digital publications from Government Information Office (ROC) in 2008.

Steven Ho is well known as an original e-commerce pioneer in Taiwan. He was devoted to e-commerce since 1998, and established two e-commerce companies which were acquired by eBay, Inc. (NASDAQ:EBAY) and Yahoo, Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO). Since 2008, Steven started to lead Yahoo! e-commerce group as its first GM. After two years, Yahoo! e-commerce group’s GMV(Gross merchandise volume) achieved USD 1.6 billion. As the mobile e-commerce continues to grow in Taiwan, Steven left Yahoo! and started a new business ─ 91APP, Inc. in 2011. 91APP provides omni-channel commerce solutions to retail brands. Andy Kuo received B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University and M.S. degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. After graduating from Stanford, he worked for Oracle and Yahoo!. In 2007, he came back to Taiwan and co-founded atlaspost.com. The company was later acquired by Groupon. In 2012, he co-founded kuobrothers.com, which is now operating several vertical E-commerce sites.

Shane Chiang serves as VP, Cities at honestbee. He joined honestbee in July 2015 as Head of Marketing and launched the brand in Singapore and later in various cities.

Shane Chiang previously worked at HTC Corporation and had owned his own practice in marketing and communication. Prior to that, Shane was VP in Sales and Marketing, spending 10 years in a OEM/ODM manufacturing company based in China and lead various leadership roles, with focused retailers like Wal-Mart, Kmart, Best Buy, Argos Catalog, Harvey Norman just to name a few. Blake has spent his career leading teams and overseeing operations during periods of high growth for both tech start-ups and large organizations across four continents. In his current role, Blake oversees Lalamove’s International business outside of China including Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Taipei and Manila as it transforms same day delivery.

Formerly, Blake served as the managing director of Rocket Internet’s Easy Taxi in Hong Kong and oversaw Business Development in the region from 2013 to 2014. He helped establish the business in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Singapore.

Prior to that, Blake co-founded and served as the managing director of Air Crew Club, a global marketplace for airline employees, from 2012 to 2013.

Blake also served at the Clinton Foundation in their Global Health Finance Department in South Africa during 2012.

Before that, Blake worked at Walgreens from 2004 to 2010, in various managerial roles across Finance, Marketing, and Market Strategy. His primary duties included guiding strategic growth and investments across the various divisions.

Michael Li, who received his Bachelor degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of California, Berkeley, and Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is now General Manager of Re: Ad Media Corp., Director of Soft-World Intl. Corp. and Pay2Go Technology Corp., and Head of Platform Marketing Department at Soft-World Intl. Corp., primarily in charge of corporate global strategy and planning.

During the tenure of office in the corporation, Michael developed Free MyCard, the biggest reward based advertising platform in Taiwan, as well as assisting the corporation to become Facebook Marketing Partner and Google Premier Partner, offering digital marketing service across gaming and e-commerce platforms. Notably, the corporation has received ‘Facebook Partnership Award’ in 2014, due to the corporation’s outstanding performance under Michael’s leadership.

Held Facebook PMD Taiwanese Seminar in September 2014; shared the key to successful mobile game marketing on Asia Pacific Game Summit (APGS) in January 2015; and delivered a speech on behalf of Soft-World Intl. Corp., about the experience of ‘Local Taiwanese Culture’ game marketing on the 14th ChinaJoy Expo in July 2016, Michael successfully helps the corporation progress into an enterprise that supports cross-border payment, advertising and game publishing services.
